About me

Hello and greetings! My name's Venias, but you're welcome to call me Ven or Mason!
I'm a digital/traditional artist that's from the good ol state of Mississippi and I have been here since 2013! I've move accounts at least twice though throughout my journey online. I'm also a character designer and adopt maker who strives to create better designs and improve on my art as a whole! I also do a wee bit of worldbuilding and character dev too!
I come off as extremely awkward and aloof, but I'm a pretty chill and outgoing peep once you get to know me! I tend to be a bit quiet and may not respond at times, but I promise it ain't nothing personal! I'm just bad at communicating
I currently work as a Housekeeper at a state hospital, but I dream of becoming a Chef or a Graphic Designer in the future!

Terms of Service

NOTICE: By commissioning me or purchasing any adopts from me, you the commissioner agree to and adhere by all clauses within this TOS and that by breaking them, you will be subject to termination of your right to use artwork from me and potentially blacklisted

Section I. General Info

I. All commissioners are to provide a clearcut description of their commission within the proper form(s) provided.

II. I will not accept commissions with deadlines attached to them.

III. I have the right to refuse service if the customer shows any inappropriate or derogatory behavior.

IV. The commissioner must have a proper reference or full body of The character(s) they want artwork of.

V. I have the full right to immediately terminate any and all commissions should i find the user to be problematic, has caused issues with me to warrant termination, or has had a history of being problematic to other artists.

Section I Payment and Turnaround Time

I. I will only take payments via PayPal and Cashapp with USD only.

II. I will not work for points, exposure, "free advertisement", etc. All such commissions will be turned down.

III. All payment is to be paid upfront withing 10 days of ordering the commission. I will not start said commission until payment is completed.

IV. Payment plans are negotiable for higher priced commissions above 70 USD and can be discussed with me beforehand.

V. The general turnaround time for me can range from 2-3 weeks up to 4 months max. I have a fulltime job that does affect the turnaround time but I will always try to keep the commissioner updated.

VI. All commissioners will be given WIPs to critique and request changes for and i will try to provide WIPs as best as i can.

VII. I will allow for minors edits at no additional cost. However, I do charge for major edits to the commission at $5 per major edit (sich as design change, pose rework, massive line rework, etc)

VIII. In the event of a emergency and/or health related issue, I will keep my commissioner informed and warn about possible delays.

Section III. Artist Preferences

I. I am able to draw humans, humanoids, anthro, dragons, ferals, monsters, and aliens.

II. I would need to be discussed with when inquiring to draw fandom characters (like Kingdom Hearts, FF, Wings of Fire, or Warriors)

III. I cannot draw mecha, "pony" characters, Canon characters (example: Sora from Kingdom Hearts or Deku from BNHA)

IV. I absolutely WILL NOT draw: Underage, Non-Con, Water sports, Scat, Bestiality, Incest, or topics that encourages queerphobia/transphobia or promotes hatred to races, religions, or ethnic groups. I automatically decline and will block users who inquire.

V. I can draw NSFW. However you are to provide proof of age that you are 18 years or older or else I will decline your commission.

Section IV. Design and Artwork usage/copyright

I. Under no circumstances shall my artwork is used for any commercial profit (such as T shirts, stickers, anything that is sold "for profit) unless it is discussed beforehand between both the artist and commissioner in regards to royalties

II. You the commissioner has full right to use all commissioned artworks and designs for all personal usage as long as it is used within a nonproblematic matter.

III. The commissioner can repost all commissions to their social media as long as it is credited back to any of my profiles online.

IV. I retain full rights to use all commissioned artwork as I please, be it to promote my profiles, repost it, or use it in any sort of manner. The commissioner only retains full rights to the characters depicted within the artwork

V. Should I deem it necessary. If the commissioner is blacklisted. They forfeit all rights to use any and all artwork i have made and i will ask for these to be taken down.

VI. On the topic on designs. Users can use custom made character designs for stories, artworks, etc as long as it falls within the "personal use" of my TOS unless discussed beforehand.

VII. Commissioners may resell designs for the amount they had purchased them for. This is overrided when the design has commissioned artwork added to it, in which the amount per each commissioned artwork adds onto the designs worth.

Section V. Refund Policy

I. All refunds will be available at least 60 days from the initial date of commissioning me. You may not request a refund before the specified date.

II. If in the case the artwork has reached the Lineart/Base layer stage, you will only ne eligible for a partial refund since work has already been started on past the sketch stage.

III. The commissioner should never, at any given time, file a chargeback in the process of a commission. This will be considered a total breach of my TOS and you will immediately be blacklisted from ever commissioning me again. I also have the right to put your name out there as to warn other artists to avoid commissioning you.

Section VI. Blacklisting

I. I the Artist, can blacklist a person at any given time if I deem it absolutely necessary. (My blacklist is private for the privacy reasons unless inquiries by commissioners)

II. The following issues stated below I can blacklist a person to are as follows but is not limited to:

- Is consistently rude, aggressive, belligerent, or openly acting in a way that I deem not proper conduct.

- Creepy, Predatory, or Sexually inappropriate behavior towards me

- Is openly transphobic, queerphobic, and/or racist towards me or other users

- Has had a history of being problematic towards other users or towards myself

openly supports ideologies that harm people or inhumanizes ethic groups (Nazism, KKK, Anti-LGBT and/or various white supremacy/harmful ideologies)

- If the user has breeched any part of my TOS in any shape or form (chargebacks, using artwork I have been commissioned for in ways i do not approve, or claiming credit to art they did not make

- Supports or engages in Zoophilia, Pedophilia, or any activity that is deemed NSFL and illegal in any sense of the matter.

III. I the artist in the case of blacklisting has all right to revoke permissions to all commissioned artwork (except in the case of commissioned designs) and ask the user to take down all commissioned work by me off of any of their social medias. If the user does not comply, they will be subject to DMCA takedown notices on my behalf
